To change the pad for additional strength, peel off the thinner white pad from underneath the holder and then peel off one side of the thicker pad and stick onto the base of the clip. To connect the 10cc piston syringe peel off one side of the thicker pad and stick onto the inside curve of the clip. Cut the thicker pads as necessary.
